1. Company Information

B.A.L Tourism is a licensed travel agency based in Istanbul, Turkey, operating under license number 1384 with the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB). We operate under the brand name LocalTourIstanbul, offering guided tours, cultural experiences, and travel services in Istanbul and throughout Turkey.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made online through www.localtouristanbul1.com or through our official partners.
We offer two payment options:
- Full Payment at the time of booking.
- Deposit Payment: A percentage of the total amount (between 25% and 50%) to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the tour start time, unless otherwise agreed.
Payments can be made using secure online payment systems (credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods provided at checkout).

3. Cancellations and Refunds

By Customer:
- 7 days or more before the tour date: Full refund of any amount paid.
- 3 to 6 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours before the tour: No refund.
 
By B.A.L Tourism (LocalTourIstanbul):
We may cancel or reschedule tours due to operational or safety concerns, including weather or force majeure.
In such cases, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative date or service of equal value.

4. Amendments

You may request changes to your booking up to 72 hours before the tour.
Changes are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.

5. Travel Insurance

We recommend all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, covering trip cancellations, health emergencies, theft, or loss of personal belongings. B.A.L Tourism is not liable for such incidents.

6. Liability and Responsibility

B.A.L Tourism acts as an intermediary for third-party services such as guides, transport, and accommodations.
We are not responsible for delays, injuries, accidents, or losses caused by third parties or unforeseen events.
All guests are responsible for ensuring their personal safety and complying with local laws and customs.

7. Tour Descriptions and Inclusions

All services, itineraries, and inclusions are described on our website.
We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries when necessary for safety, logistics, or service quality.

8. Customer Behavior

We expect all guests to behave respectfully during the tours.
We reserve the right to remove participants from tours without a refund in cases of disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behavior.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is handled securely and used only for booking and communication purposes.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties except when necessary for service fulfillment.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul courts.
